Sarvarbek Nazarov founded ALHARITM to bring practical AI to financial services. His career began in banking: over seven years at Kapitalbank in Tashkent, working in retail banking and the treasury department before leading the Risk Management division.
He holds an M.Sc. in Financial Economics and Banking from Dokuz Eylül University and took part in research on participation (Islamic) finance at the Finance Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye. Since 2024 he has led international market strategy and expansion at Oruç Dede, supporting entry into more than 10 new markets.
